In Katowice, Parties adopted rules and guidelines to make the Paris Agreement operational (the so-called “Rulebook”). In some areas, however, only limited agreement was reached. The table highlights gaps in the work envisaged under the Paris Agreement. It further outlines some of the future stages in the application and review of the rules for its implementation.
