The Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) aims to enhance adaptive capacity, strengthen resilience, and reduce vulnerability to climate change. Following the adoption of the UAE Framework for Global Climate Resilience, Parties are working to develop measurable indicators through the UAE–Belém work programme.
