This Guide is an update on the Pocket Guide to the Paris Agreement. Intended for use by UNFCCC negotiators and practitioners at domestic level alike, it provides explanations of the Paris Agreement and its implementing guidelines or ‘Rulebook’. It also touches on implications for domestic law and policy in developing countries.
