LACLIMA and LRI have summarised the outcomes of COP 30 that was held in Belém, Brazil 10-22 November. This summary looks back at the progress made at COP and the decisions that were adopted under the COP and CMA. It also reflects on the adoption of the agenda; the global mutirão decision; the roadmaps; and the closing plenary in four distinct editorial sections to highlight the importance of legal procedural issues throughout the COP.
