This presentation, prepared by LRI in 2023, introduces the international climate change regime, with its main components, principles, commitments and gaps. It also contains a practical guide on the process of the UNFCCC meetings, from the main negotiating groups to the different mechanisms inside the COP/CMA/CMP.
