The paper offers an initial overview of relevant law and policy areas that could be subject to regulatory interventions for developing country parties to fully comply with and benefit from the provisions of the Paris Agreement. It also proposes the development of an “implementation checklist”. In addition, the paper contains a short update on current climate legislation consultations in Cameroon.
