This presentation, prepared by LRI in 2025, introduces the importance of law in the UNFCCC process, as well as the legal nature and binding nature of the Paris Agreement. It also gives an overview of the relevant aspects of the conduct of the negotiations, its rules of procedure and a guide to finding documents on the UNFCCC website.
